Actions (1997 - 2009) cited on this page were intended and executed
to serve two primary purposes - compensation for personal injuries and
prevention of injury to the general public.
We have been successful in the later if not the former. Numerous
governmental and private antitrust actions in Europe, the United States
and Asia have been, and continue to be, advanced by our work.
You can find most of our cases listed on PACER - lodged in the archives
of the United States District Court - Central District of California. You may
download and non-commercially use any file linked below.

What is it worth to protect millions of people in all walks of life from
economic injury? Legal works linked above prove Edward Michael O'Brien
used his right to access American courts for good causes shown. In process
of protecting self and public from domination and exploitation by monopolists,
Mr. O'Brien's work was instrumental in the reduction of retail prices for contact
lenses and recorded music. "Media Player" allegations re O'Brien v. Microsoft
(2002) were directly ported to successful EU prosecutions in subsequent years.
Claims for compensation justified ~ due and payable.
